The purpose of this Policy is to describe the procedures for the management of the APP PLANNHER of Effik Italia S.p.A. with reference to the tracking tools (cookies) implemented (e.g. SDK, tracker) and to the related treatment of the personal data of the users who use the App.

This App uses only anonymized technical or analytical tracking tools to allow the correct functioning of the App, to improve its security and to conduct aggregate research and analysis to improve its content.

Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

Effik Italia S.p.A. with registered office in Via dei Lavoratori, 54, 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI), in its capacity as Data Controller ("Controller"), determines the means and purposes of the processing of personal data described in this Cookie Policy in accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679 ("GDPR").

The tracking tools

Trackers or tracking tools are software components whose purpose is to collect information about the user who is using the app, how the app is being used, and the smartphone on which it is installed.

They can be stored permanently on the user's device and have a variable duration (so-called persistent trackers), but they can also vanish when the App is closed or have a limited duration (so-called session trackers).

There are different types of trackers: some are designed to manage application crashes by collecting information on any problems that may occur, others to learn more about the users who use each app (analytics). Other trackers provide tools for user profiling by allowing as much information as possible about users to be stored and subsequently analysed, others help to identify users, display advertising messages and geolocalise client devices.

The tracking tools used on this App

This App does not use profiling trackers, only anonymised "technical" and analytical tracking tools for the proper functioning of the App, to improve its security and to conduct aggregate research and analysis to improve its content.

These technologies allow for the storage of data that is strictly necessary to use the App, such as the user's login credentials or other device information. 

The following table shows the tracking tools used by the App.

Method of processing and scope of communication of personal data

This App processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of data. Personal data shall only be made accessible to those who, due to their duties, have been expressly appointed and instructed to process the data by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR.

Personal data may also be processed by companies we trust to carry out tasks of a technical and organisational nature on our behalf, by way of example but not limited to: companies dealing with the management and technical maintenance of the App or third parties with which the Data Controller collaborates for services of a technical nature. The aforementioned companies have been appointed by the Controller as external data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.

Moreover, in addition to the aforementioned subjects, the personal data of the Data Subject may be communicated, where required or provided for by applicable law, to the competent supervisory and control authorities, tax authorities and other authorities, within their sphere of competence.

With regard to the transfer of data to non-EU countries, including countries that may not guarantee the same level of protection as provided for by the GDPR, the Data Controller informs that no transfers to third countries are made. Any transfers may concern anonymised data which, being anonymous, do not fall within the scope of the GDPR.

The data will not be disseminated. 

Rights of data subjects

By contacting the Data Controller, by post at EffiK Italia S.p.A. via dei Lavoratori, 54, 20092, Cinisello Balsamo (MI), or by e-mail at infoprivacy.italy@italfarmacogroup.com, data subjects may exercise their rights under the terms and conditions of Articles. 15-22 of the GDPR, including the rights of access to the data concerning them, of cancellation, of rectification of inaccurate data, of integration of incomplete data, of restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Art. 18 GDPR, as well as of opposition to processing, for reasons related to their particular situation, in cases of legitimate interest of the data controller. 

Data subjects also have the right, in the event that the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance. 

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State where they habitually reside or work.
